Our Process
When it comes to complimentary cleaning of clients' precious jewellery, we follow a meticulous process to ensure that their valuable pieces are handled with the utmost care and attention.
First, we inspect the jewellery to identify any delicate areas that require special attention during the cleaning process. Then, we use the appropriate cleaning solution and tools to gently remove any dirt or grime that has accumulated on the jewellery over time. If the jewellery has scratches, we'll give the piece a light polish to remove them. After the cleaning and polishing are complete, we thoroughly rinse and dry the jewellery before performing a final inspection to ensure that it has been restored to its original shine and luster. Throughout the process, we handle the jewellery with care to avoid any damage, and we store it in a secure location until it is returned to the client.
